# SellerPilot

> SellerPilot is all-in-one Amazon seller software: an Amazon PPC autopilot that works inside the seller's limits, profit per order after every Amazon fee, restock planning, account health and A-to-z claim monitoring, returns and reimbursements, keyword and product research, automatic buyer messages and review requests through Amazon, and SellerPilot AI, which answers questions from the seller's own Amazon data in the app or in Claude and ChatGPT.

- Connects through Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API (an app on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore); no scraping, and SellerPilot never sees the Amazon password.
- Plans: Starter $99/month or $990/year (1 marketplace connection, 1 seat); Growth $149/month or $1490/year (5 marketplace connections, 3 seats); Agency $299/month or $2990/year (30 marketplace connections, 10 seats). - The ads autopilot is off until the seller switches it on, and then works only inside guardrails: account-wide daily budget cap; lowest and highest bid; highest daily budget per campaign; largest bid and budget move per run; minimum clicks before a bid changes; maximum changes per run; stock and Buy Box guard: ads pause when a product can't sell; undo hold: a change you undo is left alone for 14 days. Other changes wait for approval; every change is logged and can be undone.
- Buyer messages go only through Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging, never email. Amazon's API does not show open A-to-z claims or buyer messages, so sellers answer those in Seller Central.
- SellerPilot AI answers in English or Arabic and only reads data; it does not change anything on Amazon.
