Setup guide
From sign-up to your first suggestions in about five minutes.
1. Start your free trial
Sign in with your email (we send a sign-in link; with Google if enabled). On your account page, choose a plan and add a card in Stripe's checkout. Nothing is charged for 7 days; cancel before and you pay nothing.
Came from the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore? Sign in with the email you want to use; your Seller Central connection is already there.
2. Connect Seller Central
On your account page press Add your first marketplace, pick your region, and approve SellerPilot on Amazon's page with the Seller Central login that owns the store. Then choose which marketplaces of that region to add. Your plan sets how many marketplaces can be active.
Amazon vendor (Vendor Central)? Press I'm a vendor (Vendor Central) instead, pick the marketplace, and approve SellerPilot on Vendor Central's page with a login that has access to that vendor account. Then, under Vendor settings in Purchase orders, enter your warehouse id (ship-from) and your remit-to details once; shipment notices and invoices use them. Purchase orders appear within two hours; Amazon's vendor sales reports arrive about three days after each day.
3. Connect Amazon Ads
Press Connect Amazon Ads and log in with the Amazon account that manages your advertising. Check that each marketplace shows its Ads profile; choose it from the list if not.
4. Wait for the first reports
Advertising, sales, inventory and settlement reports load within about two hours. Product pictures fill in over the first day. Suggestions appear the next morning.
5. Set your targets and limits
In the dashboard, Settings: your target ACOS, the account-wide daily budget cap, the largest bid and budget change, and email alerts. Product costs (in Profit and loss) make profit and break-even ACOS exact.
6. Review suggestions, then decide on the autopilot
Approve or decline suggestions for a few days. When you trust them, switch Automation on for a marketplace: routine bid and budget changes then run every morning within your limits. Switch it off any time.
7. Optional: add SellerPilot to Claude or ChatGPT
- Claude: Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste the connector address shown on your account page, then sign in with your SellerPilot email and allow access.
- ChatGPT: Settings › Apps and Connectors (developer mode, depending on your ChatGPT plan). Add the same address and sign in.
- Then ask: “What wasted money in my ads last week?”, “Which products need reordering?”, “Show my late orders.”
