Portfolio structure without data leakage
Keep organizations, connections, profiles, jobs, and entitlements scoped to the correct client. A user must not gain access merely because the agency manages another account.
SellerPilot is designed to help Amazon PPC agencies review authorized accounts through a consistent control framework while preserving organization, connection, profile, marketplace, currency, and subscription boundaries. Current capabilities focus on secure synchronization, deterministic reporting, and budget pacing. Multi-account operating tools, explainable recommendations, and approval workflows are being developed or planned with tenant safety at the center.
SellerPilot keeps account scope, reporting windows, currencies, permissions, and evidence visible so a useful signal is not mistaken for a guaranteed outcome.
Keep organizations, connections, profiles, jobs, and entitlements scoped to the correct client. A user must not gain access merely because the agency manages another account.
Use the same freshness checks, metric definitions, pacing method, and evidence standards across accounts while respecting each client's objectives.
Planned approvals will distinguish viewing, proposing, approving, and executing. Account ownership and role boundaries remain more important than workflow speed.
Place users, Amazon connections, billing entitlements, and advertiser profiles inside the client or agency structure that is authorized to use them.
Use Amazon-hosted OAuth, discover permitted profiles, and confirm marketplace and currency context. Do not collect or share a client's Amazon password.
Check sync health and data freshness before comparing spend, attributed sales, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, campaign structure, and pacing.
Tell clients which observations come from synchronized Amazon reports, which are SellerPilot calculations, and which capabilities remain in development or planned.
Agencies often repeat the same export, cleanup, and calculation work for every account. SellerPilot centralizes authorized campaign and reporting data and applies a consistent analytical model, reducing the opportunity for formulas and filters to drift between account reviews. The selected profile, reporting window, currency, sync state, and data-through date remain visible.
Efficiency cannot come at the cost of isolation. SellerPilot's data model scopes organizations, memberships, Amazon connections, accounts, profiles, synchronization jobs, campaign records, reports, and billing entitlements. Server-side authorization must validate the relevant organization and resource on every protected operation. Interface hiding alone is not an access control.
A strong agency review begins by verifying the data, not by looking for a dramatic recommendation. Operators should confirm the account, profile, date window, currency, attribution state, and reporting completion before interpreting a metric. SellerPilot makes these checkpoints part of the workspace so an agency can build a repeatable quality standard.
The software does not make every client objective identical. A launch, profitability program, inventory reduction, branded defense strategy, or seasonal push may require different thresholds and evaluation windows. Planned wasted-spend logic will therefore consider evidence and configurable context instead of applying one universal rule. Agencies remain responsible for aligning decisions with the client's authorized objectives.
An agency workflow can create material risk if a broad role or automation rule applies an unintended change across clients. SellerPilot plans to introduce proposals and approvals in stages. A proposal should identify the affected account, campaign, ad group, target, current value, proposed value, evidence, rationale, uncertainty, and applicable guardrails.
Execution will remain distinct from approval. Required Amazon API access, account eligibility, permission checks, budget limits, idempotency controls, rate limits, error handling, and confirmed response status all matter. Autonomous optimization is not currently offered. External AI or MCP account review is also not live and would require a separately approved, minimally scoped, customer-authorized design.
SellerPilot currently supports secure Amazon authorization, advertising profile discovery, campaign and reporting synchronization, deterministic analytics, and budget pacing. Wasted-spend review is in development. Explainable recommendations and customer-approved write actions are planned and remain dependent on required access, validation, and safeguards. Autonomous optimization and external AI or MCP account review are not live features.
