This policy explains how The Home Mart FZC LLC (“SellerPilot”, “we”, “us”) processes personal information when you use SellerPilot websites and services.
1. Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, organization and team details, subscription and transaction records, support communications, security and device data, and product usage events. When you authorize an Amazon integration, we process the account, profile, marketplace, catalog, advertising, reporting, and related business data permitted by the scopes you grant.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, synchronize authorized data, generate reports and recommendations, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Public-site analytics and support chat
When optional services are configured, SellerPilot asks permission before loading public-site analytics or support chat. Analytics is limited to page paths, basic usage events, and web-performance measurements; automatic click capture, session recording, and text capture are disabled. Amazon advertising data, account credentials, campaign details, and authenticated portal activity are excluded from this public-site analytics configuration. You may choose “Essential only” or change your selection through Cookie preferences in the public footer.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location, processing is based on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where required.
5. Service providers
We may use vetted providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, monitoring, analytics, and customer support. Optional PostHog analytics and Intercom support chat are loaded only when configured and permitted by the visitor. Providers may process information only to provide contracted services and under appropriate safeguards. Amazon data is handled subject to applicable Amazon developer agreements and policies.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for contractual, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Following account closure or integration revocation, authorized platform data is deleted or de-identified according to our documented retention schedule unless continued retention is legally required.
7. International transfers
Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and contractual protections.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, tenant isolation, logging, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may revoke Amazon authorization through the relevant Amazon account and may close your SellerPilot account. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Children
SellerPilot is a business service and is not directed to children.
