SellerPilot may collect information submitted through forms and tools, including email address, marketplace, product category, listing text, keywords, uploaded advertising report data, analysis requests, SellerPilot account details, support messages, and Amazon Information authorized by the seller or vendor account owner.

Information is used to generate account-facing audits, reports, recommendations, dashboard insights, customer support responses, and product improvements. Amazon Selling Partner API data access is used only after Seller Central or Vendor Central authorization.

SellerPilot uses Amazon Information, including restricted Amazon Information when authorized and approved by Amazon, only to provide analytics and optimization insights to the authorized seller or vendor. SellerPilot does not sell, share, or disclose Amazon Information to external third parties. Buyer personally identifiable information is not required for the current functionality.

Amazon account access starts only when a Seller Central or Vendor Central account owner authorizes SellerPilot through Amazon's authorization workflow. SellerPilot does not ask for or store Amazon account passwords. Account owners can revoke authorization through Amazon account controls, and SellerPilot will stop using new connected Amazon data after revocation.

Sellers and vendors can revoke Amazon authorization through Amazon account authorization controls. They can also ask SellerPilot to delete SellerPilot account data, uploaded reports, and stored Amazon Information by contacting hello@getsellerpilot.com.

SellerPilot keeps authorized Amazon Information only as long as needed to provide account-facing analytics, reports, support, and security review, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When data is no longer needed for the service, security, support, or legal obligations, SellerPilot deletes or de-identifies it according to the applicable account and operational requirements.

SellerPilot may use trusted infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, and AI service providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver SellerPilot functionality, security, support, and reporting. SellerPilot does not permit service providers to sell Amazon Information or use it for unrelated advertising, resale, or data-broker purposes.

SellerPilot is designed to protect sensitive credentials, restrict operational access, and avoid exposing private authorization details in browser-facing code. Production traffic uses HTTPS, and access to stored account data is limited to approved support, security, and operational purposes.

SellerPilot is operated by The Home Mart FZC LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Data may be processed in the regions where SellerPilot and its infrastructure providers operate, subject to the safeguards described in this policy and applicable law.
