Amazon PPC software for sellers

See what your Amazon ads are doing before deciding what to change.

SellerPilot gives Amazon sellers a focused view of authorized advertising performance, campaign structure, reporting freshness, and budget pacing. It is designed for operators who need to move beyond disconnected exports without surrendering control to a black-box optimizer. The current platform synchronizes permitted data and applies deterministic calculations; planned recommendations will remain reviewable and clearly separated from executed actions.

Designed for the operating reality

Control starts with the right context.

SellerPilot keeps account scope, reporting windows, currencies, permissions, and evidence visible so a useful signal is not mistaken for a guaranteed outcome.

Know the pace of spend

Compare spend-to-date with elapsed time and the selected budget context. Identify overspend or underspend attention states without treating a projection as a guarantee.

Find the next review

Move from account-level summaries into campaigns and performance evidence. Wasted-spend and target review logic is being developed with configurable windows and learning-period context.

Keep catalog complexity legible

Use profile and campaign boundaries to understand performance as the catalog expands. Metrics remain attached to their account, currency, and synchronization state.

A reviewable workflow

From authorized data to an accountable decision.

  1. 01

    Authorize the account

Use Amazon-hosted OAuth to grant permitted access. SellerPilot does not collect an Amazon username or password, and the connection can be revoked.

  2. 02

    Discover the advertising profiles

SellerPilot records the profiles available to the authorized account and preserves marketplace and currency context instead of flattening everything into one ambiguous total.

  3. 03

    Synchronize campaigns and reports

Campaign structure and reporting data are processed through retry-aware sync jobs. The workspace shows the latest completed reporting date and connection state.

  4. 04

    Review, verify, and decide

Inspect spend, attributed sales, orders, clicks, impressions, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and pacing. Check the evidence window before acting in Amazon Ads.

01 / Operating guide

Replace spreadsheet assembly with a repeatable account review

A recurring PPC review often begins with several exports, manual joins, and metric formulas that change from one workbook to the next. That process consumes attention before the seller has evaluated a single campaign. SellerPilot centralizes authorized campaign and reporting data in an organization-scoped workspace and uses consistent calculations for the selected profile and date range.

Consistency does not remove the need for judgment. Attribution can mature after a click, reporting jobs can be delayed, and a campaign can serve differently because of inventory, eligibility, Buy Box status, competition, seasonality, or demand. SellerPilot therefore displays freshness and context alongside the result. An empty or incomplete source produces an honest state rather than a fabricated insight.

  • Visible profile, marketplace, currency, and reporting window
  • Reproducible metric formulas and deterministic summaries
  • Sync status and data-through dates beside performance
  • Clear empty states when evidence is unavailable

Use budget pacing as an early-warning signal

Budget control is not just a comparison between yesterday and today. A seller needs to know how much of the selected period has elapsed, how much has been spent, and whether the current pace deserves attention. SellerPilot calculates pacing from synchronized data and exposes the assumption behind the state.

A pacing alert is decision support, not a direction to raise or reduce a budget. A launch campaign, seasonal promotion, inventory constraint, or deliberate rank objective may justify an unusual spend curve. Review the business goal and product economics before changing a campaign. SellerPilot does not claim that pacing changes will create a particular ACOS, ROAS, sales level, or organic rank.

  • Spend-to-date compared with time elapsed
  • Profile-specific currency retained
  • Overspend and underspend attention states
  • No current campaign write access

Prepare for explainable optimization without losing control

SellerPilot is building wasted-spend review logic that considers the evaluation window, clicks, spend, orders, attributed sales, campaign purpose, and learning conditions. It will not automatically label every zero-order target as waste. That distinction matters for low-volume products and new launches where short windows can produce misleading conclusions.

Explainable recommendations and an approval queue are planned after the required access and safeguards are in place. A proposal is intended to include the current value, suggested value, supporting evidence, expected direction, uncertainty, affected object, and customer decision state. Until an API response confirms a permitted action, the product will not describe it as executed.

  • Evidence remains attached to each proposal
  • Action type and magnitude controls are planned
  • Approval does not bypass Amazon validation
  • Autonomous optimization is not currently offered
Capability boundary

Analysis is not the same as an executed campaign change.

SellerPilot currently supports secure Amazon authorization, advertising profile discovery, campaign and reporting synchronization, deterministic analytics, and budget pacing. Wasted-spend review is in development. Explainable recommendations and customer-approved write actions are planned and remain dependent on required access, validation, and safeguards. Autonomous optimization and external AI or MCP account review are not live features.
