Align on metric meaning
Use consistent formulas for spend, attributed sales, orders, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate while keeping the source window and profile visible.
SellerPilot helps brand teams review authorized Amazon advertising performance through consistent metrics, profile context, reporting freshness, and budget pacing. Ecommerce operators can investigate campaigns, finance teams can understand the selected currency and window, and leaders can distinguish observed data from calculated signals. Planned recommendations and approvals are deliberately separate from current read-only analysis.
SellerPilot keeps account scope, reporting windows, currencies, permissions, and evidence visible so a useful signal is not mistaken for a guaranteed outcome.
Use consistent formulas for spend, attributed sales, orders, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate while keeping the source window and profile visible.
Preserve advertiser profile, marketplace, currency, and account context. Avoid a blended headline that conceals incompatible currencies or incomplete synchronization.
Create a shared operating rhythm for ecommerce, performance, finance, and leadership teams. Role and approval controls are planned as the workflow expands.
Connect through Amazon OAuth and identify the permitted accounts and advertising profiles. SellerPilot only processes the fields needed for the product workflow.
Select a profile and reporting window, confirm the currency and data-through date, then compare performance using the same deterministic definitions.
Use spend pacing and campaign-level evidence to identify questions for the team, not to manufacture a guaranteed optimization outcome.
Keep observations separate from planned proposals, customer approvals, attempted API actions, and confirmed results so teams can understand what actually occurred.
Brand reporting breaks down when each function uses a different date window, currency assumption, attribution definition, or spreadsheet formula. SellerPilot gives an authorized organization a consistent workspace for Amazon advertising metrics while retaining the profile and freshness context needed to interpret them. A stakeholder can see that attributed sales are advertising-report values, not a substitute for total sales or contribution margin.
This distinction helps ecommerce and finance teams have a more productive conversation. ACOS and ROAS describe the relationship between advertising spend and attributed sales within the selected data. They do not include every fee, return, promotion, cost of goods, tax, or operational expense. SellerPilot avoids translating those metrics into a profit claim without the additional approved inputs that such a calculation would require.
A brand may divide advertising investment across launches, evergreen products, promotions, defensive terms, and seasonal priorities. A simple overspend label cannot judge those objectives. SellerPilot uses pacing to highlight where actual spend and elapsed time diverge, then leaves the business interpretation to the authorized team.
The review should combine the pacing signal with inventory position, retail readiness, campaign objective, margin, demand, eligibility, and promotion calendar. SellerPilot does not promise that increasing a budget will increase sales or that reducing spend will improve efficiency. The current product offers visibility and deterministic calculations; it does not execute campaign changes.
As a brand adds users, agencies, and marketplaces, the question becomes who can see, propose, approve, and execute each class of action. SellerPilot's planned approval workflow is designed around organization membership, account ownership, action type, object scope, and maximum change thresholds. A recommendation should remain a proposal until an authorized person approves it and Amazon confirms the operation.
This architecture also protects the meaning of an audit trail. Source data, SellerPilot calculations, human decisions, API requests, and API outcomes should be separately identifiable. External AI or MCP review is only a research-stage concept and is not live. Amazon data will not be transferred to or combined with a third party without the required authorization, policy basis, provider controls, and explicit customer scope.
SellerPilot currently supports secure Amazon authorization, advertising profile discovery, campaign and reporting synchronization, deterministic analytics, and budget pacing. Wasted-spend review is in development. Explainable recommendations and customer-approved write actions are planned and remain dependent on required access, validation, and safeguards. Autonomous optimization and external AI or MCP account review are not live features.
