Vendor Central and Amazon Ads, in one place

For brands that sell to Amazon as a vendor: purchase orders, dropship, Amazon's stock of your products, and the ads that sell it.

What you get

Purchase orders, handled on time

New purchase orders from Amazon listed with their deadlines. Accept, backorder or reject each line, send the shipment notice and the invoice, and see what Amazon accepted.

Dropship (Direct Fulfillment)

Acknowledge dropship orders, confirm them with a tracking number, and download Amazon's labels and packing slips. Late orders are flagged every morning.

Amazon's stock of your products

Sellable units, open purchase orders, aged stock and days of cover per ASIN from the vendor inventory report, next to Amazon's weekly demand forecast.

Retail analytics and ads together

Ordered and shipped revenue, glance views, conversion and net PPM from Amazon's vendor reports, with ad spend and TACOS for your vendor ads profile.

A purchase order, start to finish

Nothing is sent to Amazon until you have seen a preview and pressed Send.

  1. Amazon sends a purchase order

It appears within two hours, with each line's ASIN, your SKU, quantity in cases or units, cost, and Amazon's current stock of that product.

  2. You acknowledge it

Accept everything, or go line by line: accept, backorder or reject quantities with Amazon's reasons. Ship and delivery dates default to Amazon's windows.

  3. You ship and send the notice

The shipment notice (ASN) goes to Amazon with your warehouse, carrier and tracking; accepted quantities are filled in for you.

  4. You invoice

Lines and costs come from the order, tax from your rate; your remit-to details are saved once.

  5. You see Amazon's answer

Every submission shows Processing, Accepted or Rejected with Amazon's error, so nothing is left hanging.
