Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and SellerPilot (“SellerPilot”, “we”), the operator of getsellerpilot.com, for the use of SellerPilot.

The service

SellerPilot connects to your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and Amazon Ads accounts through Amazon's APIs, shows your data, proposes changes, and makes the changes you approve or allow through the automation settings you choose. You can also use it from AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. SellerPilot is a business service for sellers, vendors, brands and agencies.

Your account

  • You must be authorized to connect the Amazon accounts you connect, and keep your sign-in secure.
  • You are responsible for the settings, limits and approvals you give, including turning on automation, and for the people you invite to your team.
  • You must follow Amazon's policies; SellerPilot does not make you exempt from them.

Changes on Amazon

SellerPilot changes your Amazon account only when you approve a change or when automation you turned on makes a change within your limits. Every change is logged. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee sales, ACOS or other results. Review your settings and limits regularly.

Agents and Auto mode

  • One switch per area. SellerPilot's agents work in areas (ads, prices, stock, reviews, listings and claims). Each area has a switch you set: Off (the agents do nothing there), Suggest (every change waits for your approval) or Auto (routine changes run by themselves inside the limits you set). Every area starts on Suggest. Listings and claims have no Auto: submitting a listing and filing a claim are always yours.
  • Your limits apply to every automatic change. On Auto, a change runs only inside the limits you set, such as the daily budget cap, the lowest and highest bid, the largest move per run and, for prices, your lowest and highest price per product. A change that does not fit them is not made. You are responsible for the limits you set and for switching an area to Auto.
  • Checks before and after. Before an automatic change, SellerPilot checks the data and the change; after it, the change is read back from Amazon, logged with its reason and measured. A change that lost money may be undone automatically when the agents made it and Ads is on Auto (unless you switch automatic undo off), or proposed to you as an undo. These checks reduce the risk of a wrong change; they do not make every change right, and results are not guaranteed.
  • Stop any time. Switch any area to Suggest or Off, or press Stop all changes on Agent home, at any time; it takes effect for the next change. Changes already made stay on Amazon until you or SellerPilot undo them; most can be undone from the change log.
  • Plans. Suggest mode is on every plan. Auto mode is part of the plans shown on the pricing page (Growth and up); when a plan without Auto mode applies, the areas on Auto work as Suggest.

Plans, trial and billing

  • Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page, in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
  • Free trial: a new account starts with a 7-day free trial; no payment card is needed to start it. The 7 days count from when the first data from your Amazon account arrives in SellerPilot, so the trial end can move up to 7 days later than the date shown when you sign up; the date on your account page and in our emails is the one that applies. Nothing is charged during the trial, and we email you 2 days before it ends. When it ends without a plan, SellerPilot pauses (see below) and nothing is charged. If you choose a plan and enter a card during the trial, your trial still ends on the same date and your card is first charged then, unless you cancel before. One free trial per Amazon seller account.
  • Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at your plan's current price, until you cancel; we email you before any price change takes effect.
  • Cancel any time: you can cancel on your account page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Plan changes: you can change plan on your account page; the change applies at once and the price difference is settled by Stripe.
  • SellerPilot AI: answers and drafts written by SellerPilot AI can contain mistakes. Check them before you act on them or send them to a buyer.
  • Promo codes: a promotion code is entered on the plan page of your account before you go to checkout. Its discount and duration are shown before you confirm, it applies only as described, it cannot be exchanged for cash, and it may not be combined with other promotion codes. If a promotion makes the first paid period free, the first charge happens at the start of the next period.
  • Refunds: payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires or for a billing error on our side.
  • If a payment fails, or a free trial ends without a paid plan, the dashboard, the Claude / ChatGPT connector and the automation are paused until a plan is paid. Your data is kept until you delete it.
  • Each plan includes the marketplace connections, team seats and fair-use advertising spend shown on the pricing page. Above fair use we may ask you to move to a larger plan.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SellerPilot, try to access other sellers' data, overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break any law or Amazon policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You own your data. We use it only as described in the privacy policy. It stays in your account after a plan ends, until you delete it. You can delete it from your account page at any time, or ask us by email and we delete it within 30 days.

Availability

We work to keep SellerPilot available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Amazon's APIs, quotas and approvals can change and may limit what SellerPilot can do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using SellerPilot and delete your data at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
