These Terms govern access to SellerPilot, provided by The Home Mart FZC LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use SellerPilot only for businesses and Amazon accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your users and configured permissions.
2. Service and third-party platforms
SellerPilot provides advertising analysis, workflow, and account-management software. Features depend on Amazon APIs, account eligibility, marketplace availability, permissions, and third-party systems. SellerPilot is independent from and is not endorsed by Amazon.
3. Recommendations and advertising risk
Recommendations and projections are informational and are not guarantees. Advertising involves financial risk. You remain responsible for campaign decisions, budgets, permissions, product compliance, and reviewing changes. SellerPilot does not guarantee sales, ranking, ACOS, ROAS, profit, or other outcomes.
4. Trial, card verification, and subscription
The trial lasts 15 days and requires a valid payment method. Your payment method is verified and stored when the trial starts; no amount is charged at that time. Unless cancelled before the displayed trial end, the selected plan automatically begins and the monthly fee is charged. Starter is $49/month for one connected Amazon account, Growth is $99/month for up to three, and Agency is $149/month for up to ten. Taxes may apply.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through billing settings at any time. Trial cancellation prevents the first subscription charge when completed before the trial deadline. Paid-plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Paid fees are non-refundable and no partial-period credits are issued, except where required by law or where we confirm a billing error. Outstanding authorized charges remain payable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not access accounts without authorization, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, scrape protected areas, resell access except under an approved plan, violate law or Amazon policies, or use the service to make misleading or prohibited advertising claims.
7. Customer data
You retain rights to your customer data and authorize us to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices required to provide that data. Our Privacy Policy describes processing practices.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify features to address security, legal, Amazon policy, or technical requirements. Material subscription changes will be communicated before taking effect where reasonably possible.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or risk to Amazon or other customers. On termination, licenses end and data may be deleted under our retention policy. You should export information you need before access ends.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability limits remain subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing terms
These Terms and any order or plan confirmation form the agreement between you and The Home Mart FZC LLC. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your location remain unaffected. Formal governing-law and dispute provisions should be confirmed by UAE-qualified counsel before commercial launch.
