Terms of Service

SellerPilot provides seller and vendor analytics and optimization recommendations for informational and operational review. The application helps account owners evaluate listing quality, keyword coverage, Ads advertising reports, pricing context, inventory signals, Brand Analytics, and marketplace performance.

Sellers and vendors are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying any change to listings, pricing, inventory, advertising campaigns, or marketplace operations.

You may use SellerPilot only for accounts, reports, listings, and marketplace data that you own, manage, or are authorized to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SellerPilot complies with your marketplace agreements, internal policies, and applicable law.

SellerPilot does not automatically change Amazon listings, prices, inventory, or campaigns. Account owner review and approval is required before any action is taken outside the SellerPilot dashboard.

You must not use SellerPilot to access data without authorization, scrape Amazon systems, resell Amazon Information, disclose another account owner's data, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, or use the service in a way that violates Amazon policies or applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SellerPilot login and for promptly notifying SellerPilot if you believe your account or authorized marketplace data has been accessed without permission.

SellerPilot provides analytics and recommendations to support business review. Recommendations are not guarantees of marketplace performance, sales, ranking, profitability, or approval by Amazon.

SellerPilot is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon and related marketplace names are used only to describe supported seller and vendor workflows and data sources.
