How the trial and billing work
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up with your email: no card needed. The 7 days count from when your Amazon data first arrives (so connecting a day later does not cost you a day; the trial moves back by up to 7 days). Two days before the end we email you. When the trial ends, the dashboard, automation and the Claude/ChatGPT connection pause until you choose a plan and pay in Stripe's secure checkout. Your data is kept. Choose a plan during the trial and the first charge still waits until the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
The tools pause: the dashboard, automation and the Claude/ChatGPT connection stop until you choose a plan and pay. Nothing on Amazon is changed while they are paused, and your data is kept, so everything continues the moment you pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe; SellerPilot never sees the card number.
Can I have more than one trial?
One free trial per Amazon seller account. If you create a new SellerPilot login for a seller account that already had one, the plan starts when you subscribe.
How do I change plan or cancel?
On your account page, under Plan and billing. Plan changes apply at once; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires it or for a billing mistake on our side. Write to us and we will look at every case.
Are SellerPilot AI, claims and automatic messages on every plan?
Yes. Ask SellerPilot, Write with AI, messages and claims, account health, automatic buyer messages and deals are on every plan. SellerPilot AI has a daily question limit per seller.
What is fair use?
Each plan includes Amazon Ads spend up to the amount shown per 30 days. Above it everything keeps working; we will suggest a larger plan.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Plans are billed in US dollars by Stripe; your bank converts at its own rate. Where the pricing page shows an amount in pounds, euros, dirhams or riyals, it is approximate, from a fixed rate, for guidance only.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes, until 31 December 2026: start the 7-day free trial and your first month is free with code SELLER30 on any monthly plan. It is filled in for you when you start from this site, and you see the amount at checkout before you confirm. One free trial per Amazon seller account, and the offer is one per seller: it is tied to your Amazon seller account, email, device, internet connection and card, so a new email or a second login does not get it again.
Have a promo code?
Enter it in the Promo code box on your plan page, just above the plans, then choose your plan. You see the new amount on Stripe's secure payment page before you confirm. Each code works once per seller; if it was already used for your Amazon account, email, device, connection or card, the plan page tells you why and you can continue at the normal price. The free trial works the same way.
How do team seats work?
Each seat is one person who signs in to your SellerPilot account with their own email. Starter has 1 seat, Growth 3 and Agency 10. You invite people from your account page and give each a role: admin (everything, including billing and the team), manager (all store and ads work, approvals and changes) or viewer (sees everything, changes nothing). Viewers never get alert emails; admins and managers can switch them on.
What counts as a marketplace connection?
One store in one Amazon marketplace, such as Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de. Selling on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca uses two connections. One exception on Starter: one store on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa counts as a single connection.
Does it work for Amazon vendors (Vendor Central)?
Yes. Plans cover Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts alike: each marketplace you connect counts once, whichever kind it is. Vendor accounts get purchase orders, dropship, Amazon's stock and forecast, and the same ads features.
