How it works
Amazon's report loads daily
The Account Health report comes from Amazon through the Selling Partner API once a day.
Every policy is listed
Each policy with the number of violations Amazon counts, including policies Amazon adds later.
Performance rates are compared
Order Defect Rate, late shipment rate and cancellation rate against Amazon's targets, for merchant and FBA orders.
Problems become alerts
A new violation or a rate crossing its target appears in the morning check and by email.
You fix it in Seller Central
SellerPilot points to the Seller Central page where each problem is resolved.
Reading the account health screen
The morning check shows Account Health Rating 236 (healthy), 2 policy violations (one listing policy, one restricted product), an Order Defect Rate of 0.64% for merchant orders and 0.11% for FBA orders, and 2 listings with errors.
Nothing is critical, but the two violations lower the rating and the merchant ODR is closer to Amazon's 1% target than the FBA one. The seller opens each violation in Seller Central from the link, fixes the two listings in the editor, and looks at the at-risk merchant orders.
Tomorrow's report shows whether the rating moved.
Illustrative numbers, not a customer result.
What the Account Health Rating means
Amazon's Account Health Rating (AHR) summarizes how well an account follows Amazon's selling policies, on a scale from 0 to 1,000. 200 and above is healthy; below that the account is at risk, and very low ratings can lead to deactivation. Violations such as listing policy, restricted products, intellectual property complaints and product authenticity complaints lower it.
Separately, Amazon tracks performance: Order Defect Rate (negative feedback, A-to-z claims and chargebacks as a share of orders) should stay under 1%; for merchant-fulfilled orders, late shipment rate under 4% and pre-fulfillment cancellation rate under 2.5%.
What SellerPilot checks
- Account status and Account Health Rating
- Every policy with violations
- Order Defect Rate for merchant and FBA orders
- Late shipment and cancellation rates
- Listings with Amazon errors from the catalogue check
- Negative seller feedback flagged the same day
What it does not do
Stated plainly, so you know before you start.
- It does not resolve violations or write appeals: you act in Seller Central
- It shows Amazon's report once a day, not by the minute
- It cannot see notices Amazon sends only by email or in the Performance Notifications inbox
