Amazon's own Request a Review, for every eligible order

Once you switch it on, SellerPilot sends Amazon's official Request a Review for every eligible order, 7 days after the order by default (you choose), within Amazon's 5 to 30 day window, never twice, with the products you exclude left out. Negative seller feedback is flagged the same day.

In short

Amazon's own Request a Review for every eligible order, sent at the right time, never twice.

  • Amazon's official Request a Review, not a custom email
  • 7 days after the order by default; you choose
  • Never twice for the same order
  • Coverage and counts per month

How it works

  1. Switch it on

Review requests are off until you turn them on.

  2. Choose the timing

7 days after the order by default; pick another day inside Amazon's 5 to 30 day window.

  3. Exclude products

Leave out products you don't want reviewed, such as a product with a known issue.

  4. Requests go out every day

For each eligible order, once, through Amazon's Request a Review.

  5. Watch the results

Coverage and counts per month, negative feedback flagged the same day, and review themes from your product reviews.

Example

A month of review requests

A seller with 1,200 orders a month switches review requests on, with the default timing (7 days after the order) and one product excluded.

Every day SellerPilot sends Amazon's Request a Review for the eligible orders from 7 days before, once per order. Orders that were refunded, cancelled or outside Amazon's window are skipped.

At month end the coverage view shows how many eligible orders received a request, and a 1-star seller feedback was flagged the same day it arrived.

Illustrative numbers, not a customer result.

Why the official Request a Review

Amazon's Request a Review sends a standard message, in the buyer's language, asking for a product review and seller feedback. It cannot be edited, which is the point: it always follows Amazon's rules. Custom review-request emails are easy to get wrong, because asking for a positive review, offering anything in return, or asking only happy buyers breaks Amazon's policies.

Sending it to every eligible order is what makes it work: buyers who are happy rarely think to leave a review without a reminder.

What else is included

  • Negative seller feedback flagged the same day
  • Removal requests where Amazon allows them
  • Review themes from your product reviews (Amazon.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es and .co.jp)

What it does not do

Stated plainly, so you know before you start.

  • It does not send custom review-request emails or ask for positive reviews
  • It cannot send a request Amazon does not allow for that order (outside the window, or already requested)
  • It does not offer anything in exchange for a review

Questions sellers ask

Is automating Amazon's Request a Review allowed?
Yes. The Request a Review is Amazon's own message, sent through Amazon's Selling Partner API; automating it sends the same standard request you could send by hand, once per order within Amazon's window.
When should I request a review on Amazon?
Amazon allows it between 5 and 30 days after delivery. SellerPilot sends it 7 days after the order by default, and you can choose another day.
Can I request a review twice?
No. Amazon allows one request per order, and SellerPilot never sends twice.
Do review requests work in every marketplace?
They work wherever Amazon offers Request a Review for the order, in each marketplace's language.
