Amazon's stock of your products, and what Amazon expects to sell

For Vendor Central accounts, Vendor stock & forecast reads Amazon's vendor inventory report: sellable units and their cost, open purchase-order units, unfilled customer orders, units aged 90 days or more, sell-through and days of cover at recent sales. Next to it, Amazon's weekly demand forecast per ASIN, with its mean and 70, 80 and 90% levels.

Amazon's own stock of your products as a vendor, days of cover, aged units, and Amazon's weekly forecast.

  • Sellable units and cost, open PO units, unfilled customer orders
  • Aged 90+ days, sell-through and days of cover
  • Amazon's weekly forecast per ASIN (mean, 70/80/90%)
  • Status per ASIN: out of stock, low, aged, no sales, ok

How it works

  1. Amazon's reports are loaded

The vendor inventory report and the vendor forecast report from Amazon's Selling Partner API.

  2. Each ASIN gets a status

Out of stock, low, aged, no sales or ok, from sellable units, days of cover at recent sales and aged units.

  3. The forecast is set beside it

Amazon's weekly demand forecast per ASIN, the mean and the 70, 80 and 90% levels, for planning stock and deciding how much of a purchase order to accept.

  4. Use it with your purchase orders

When a purchase order arrives, Amazon's current stock for each line is shown on it; the forecast is here.

What it does not do

Stated plainly, so you know before you start.

  • It is for Vendor Central accounts
  • Amazon's forecast is Amazon's, not SellerPilot's
  • It does not accept or reject purchase orders by itself

Questions sellers ask

How current is the inventory report?
Amazon publishes vendor reports with a delay of a few days; the page shows the date of each report.
Can I see Seller Central and Vendor Central together?
Yes, side by side in one SellerPilot login, each in its own account.
