Before you apply

Is it really free?
Yes. Approved founding sellers get 90 days of the SellerPilot Growth plan with no card. Nothing is charged, during or after the 90 days.
What happens after the 90 days?
SellerPilot pauses: the dashboard, automation and the Claude/ChatGPT connection stop until you choose a plan. Nothing on Amazon is changed while it is paused, and your data is kept, so you can carry on the day you choose a plan, or ask us to delete everything.
Will SellerPilot change my ads or listings?
Not by itself. Automation is off until you switch it on, and every change it suggests waits for your approval unless you allow it to apply changes. Changes stay inside the limits you set (bids, budgets, daily cap), are checked on Amazon afterwards, logged, and can be undone.
How do you choose founding sellers?
We read every application ourselves. We look for sellers who run their store every week and want to fix something specific, and for a mix of marketplaces, catalogue sizes and ad budgets. Size alone does not decide: a small store with a clear problem is welcome.
What if the round is closed or full?
Apply anyway. Your application joins the next round, and we write to you when it opens.
I already have a SellerPilot account or trial. Can I apply?
Yes, with the email of that account if you can. The offer works for any SellerPilot account that has not paid for a plan yet, once per account and Amazon seller.
Do I need Amazon ads or Brand Registry?
No. Many SellerPilot parts work without ads: profit and loss, stock and restock, account health, claims and reimbursements, buyer messages. Brand Analytics data needs Brand Registry; SellerPilot says when a part needs it.
What do you do with my answers?
We use them only to review your application, to contact you about it, and to see which channels bring sellers to the program. Only our own team reads them; they are not sold or shared. An application that does not become a place is deleted after 12 months. Write to support@getsellerpilot.com to have yours deleted sooner. See the privacy policy.
