I lost the Buy Box
Without the Buy Box, ads send shoppers to someone else's offer and organic sales fall. SellerPilot reads the Buy Box from Amazon, compares the winning price with yours and your break-even, pauses the ads while it is lost, and proposes a price step inside your band, never below break-even.
See when the Buy Box went, who took it and at what price, and step the price inside your band to win it back.

What SellerPilot checks
Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.
Who holds the Buy Box, at what price
Per product, live from Amazon's Product Pricing, with your price, the lowest price on the listing and the Buy Box share per day.
Whether matching is profitable
The break-even price from Amazon's fees and your product cost, so a price war you cannot win is named as such. Source: your costs and Amazon's fee estimates.
Why the Buy Box was lost
Price is the usual reason; stock, a suppressed listing, slow delivery or a condition note are the others. Source: listing status, FBA inventory, Account Health.
Ads spending while it is lost
Clicks on a product with no Buy Box, and what they cost. Source: your advertising reports.
What the agents do
Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.
By themselves (Auto)
- Ads paused while the Buy Box is lost or hidden, put back when it returns
- One price step inside your band on Prices Auto, never below break-even, at most 5 a day per store, 7 days between steps on a product, not during a sale event
Wait for your OK
- Every price step on Suggest, with the Buy Box price and the break-even next to it
- A price outside your band: refused, never applied
- A listing or condition fix
Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.
A worked example
In the demo store the ceramic lamp lost the Buy Box during the day to an offer at 48.49 against 49.99. Break-even is 36.60, so matching was profitable.
The ads were paused once the loss was confirmed. The seller approved a step to 47.99 (inside the 44 to 56 band); the Buy Box came back the next morning and the ads resumed by themselves. The price change is in the log with Undo.
