I run out of stock, or sit on too much
Running out costs the sales and the rank; over-ordering costs the cash and the storage fees. SellerPilot forecasts each product from its real sales speed, your lead time and Amazon's receiving time, tells you what to order and when, and pauses the ads of a product that cannot sell.
Reorder before best sellers run out and stop over-ordering slow ones, with ads that pause when stock is gone.
- Sales speed per product

- Days of cover, stock-out date, order-by date
- Aged and excess stock
What SellerPilot checks
Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.
Sales speed per product
The last 28, 56 and 90 days weighted to recent weeks, out-of-stock days left out, the same weeks last year, and your sale events. Source: your orders.
Stock that counts
FBA sellable units, units moving between fulfilment centres, inbound shipments and your own stock. Source: FBA inventory and your settings.
Days of cover, stock-out date, order-by date
Stock-out date minus your lead time, Amazon's receiving days and your safety days gives the order-by date. Units to order respect your minimum order and whole cartons.
Aged and excess stock
Units past Amazon's long-term storage dates and products with far more cover than they need. Source: FBA inventory and storage reports.
The data check
A stale stock read or a late report holds the stock area for the morning, so no pause runs on stale data.
What the agents do
Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.
By themselves (Auto)
- Ads of an out-of-stock product paused, and put back when stock is in
- A campaign's budget lowered when stock will not last until the next delivery
Wait for your OK
- Every restock order and FBA shipment plan: planning only, nothing is created on Amazon
- A budget cut or a liquidation playbook for overstock
- Supplier orders and shipments
Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.
A worked example
In the demo store the bamboo towel set sells 9 a day with 38 days of cover and a 45-day lead time: order-by date was 7 days ago, so it is marked Order now with 520 units (whole cartons of 20) and the cash needed.
The aroma diffuser ran out on a Monday: its ads were paused by the stock agent that morning and resumed on Thursday when the 200 inbound units arrived. The seller saw both in the morning email.
The seagrass basket has 210 days of cover: flagged as excess, with the Liquidate playbook offered for its campaign.
