Shoppers add to cart but don't buy
A cart that does not become an order usually means the shopper compared at the last step: a cheaper offer took the Buy Box, delivery was slower or dearer, stock showed as low, or a review put them off. SellerPilot shows the cart-to-order rate per product next to those reasons.
See where shoppers stop between the search result, the cart and the order, and what to fix first.

What SellerPilot checks
Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.
Cart to order, per product
Search impressions, clicks, add-to-cart and purchases per search for your products, where Amazon offers Search Query Performance (brand owners), and sessions against orders for every product. Source: Brand Analytics and Sales & Traffic.
Who holds the Buy Box and at what price
Your price against the Buy Box price, and whether matching it is still profitable. Source: Amazon's Product Pricing, your costs.
Stock and delivery
Units available, inbound and reserved, and whether the listing is buyable. Source: FBA inventory and listing status.
Reviews and rating
New reviews and the themes in them, where Amazon offers review insights. Source: your reviews.
Deals and coupons that do not show
A deal, coupon or strike-through price that is set but not visible to shoppers. Source: Amazon's deals and pricing.
What the agents do
Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.
By themselves (Auto)
- Ads paused for a product whose Buy Box is lost or stock is out, so you stop paying for clicks that cannot convert, and resumed when it can sell again
Wait for your OK
- A price step inside your band to win the Buy Box back
- A listing fix for a missing bullet, image or backend keyword
- Replying to the review that changed the rate
Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.
A worked example
In the demo store the table lamp had 412 clicks and 61 add-to-carts in a week but 9 orders. The Buy Box was held by another seller at 48.49 against 49.99; the listing had 4 images, under what Amazon's rules and its competitors show.
The agents paused the lamp's ads until the Buy Box came back (it did, two days later, after the seller approved a price step to 47.99 that was still 31% above break-even) and drafted the listing fix for approval.
