Amazon owes me money

Refunds without a return, returns that never arrived, units lost or damaged in the warehouse: each is money you can claim, inside a deadline. SellerPilot finds the cases in your orders, returns and the inventory ledger, prepares each one, and keeps the deadline in front of you.

Returns never received, lost or damaged stock and SAFE-T cases found, with deadlines and what to file.

  • FBA units lost or damaged without a reimbursement

What SellerPilot checks

Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.

  1. SAFE-T candidates on merchant and SellerFlex orders

Refund without a return, return never arrived (or only part of it, or the carrier says delivered and nothing came), returned damaged or used, a different item or an empty box. Source: your orders, returns and your own check-ins.

  2. FBA units lost or damaged without a reimbursement

Units the inventory ledger shows as lost or damaged at the warehouse with no reimbursement against them, with an estimated value. Source: the inventory ledger and reimbursement reports.

  3. Deadlines

SAFE-T can be filed 21 days after the refund and has a window; each case shows its first and last day. Source: Amazon's rules and the order dates.

  4. What was already paid

Reimbursements Amazon paid, matched to the cases. Source: settlements and reimbursement reports.

What the agents do

Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.

By themselves (Auto)

  • Nothing is filed by itself: filing a claim is always yours

Wait for your OK

  • Each case prepared with the order, the reason and the evidence list, and the Seller Central page to file it
  • A reply drafted when Amazon asks for more
  • Marking a case filed, reimbursed or denied

Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.

A worked example

In the demo store the month had 3 refunds without a return (the carrier shows delivered back, nothing arrived), 1 return with missing parts, and 6 towel sets the ledger shows as lost at the warehouse.

The Results page showed 186 paid back by Amazon in 30 days, 64 ready to file (1 case, deadline in 12 days) and 212 found but not claimable yet (3 cases still inside their 21-day wait).

Demo store with sample data; illustrative numbers, not a customer result.

What you see

  • A claims board: confirm first, waiting, ready to file, filed, Amazon asked for more, reimbursed, denied, deadline passed
  • Paid back by Amazon, ready to file, and found but not claimable yet, on the Results page
  • The deadline on Agent home under Only you can do

Questions sellers ask

Does it file the claim?
No. It prepares the case and opens the Seller Central page; you file. Nothing is sent to Amazon by itself.
Which orders qualify for SAFE-T?
Merchant-fulfilled and SellerFlex orders where Amazon issued the refund, inside Amazon's window. FBA stock losses go through FBA reimbursements instead; SellerPilot shows both.
