I don't know my real profit
Sales are not profit. Between the order and the payout sit referral and FBA fees, storage, advertising, promotions, refunds, VAT and your own cost. SellerPilot puts them on every order and every product, from Amazon's settlements where your account allows it, so you know which products earn and which lose.
Profit per order and per product after every Amazon fee, ad spend and your cost, in your currency.
- Every fee on every order
- Your product cost on the order day
- Ad spend per order
- Profit per unit and break-even ACOS
What SellerPilot checks
Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.
Every fee on every order
Referral and FBA fees, storage, advertising, promotions, refunds and reimbursements from Amazon's settlements (with the Finance and Accounting role on the app), otherwise Amazon's fee estimates, marked as such. Source: settlements and fee estimates.
Your product cost on the order day
Cost per unit with its date, so a cost change applies from that day. Source: the costs you enter or upload.
Ad spend per order
Each order's share of Sponsored Products spend on that product. Source: your advertising reports.
Profit per unit and break-even ACOS
Price, VAT, fees, cost, profit per unit, margin and the break-even ACOS per product, which the ads target follows. Source: all of the above.
What Amazon actually paid
Every settlement with its breakdown, the overall fee rate and the balance building up. Source: settlements.
What the agents do
Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.
By themselves (Auto)
- With profit-based targets switched on, ad targets follow each product's break-even, so a low-margin product is not advertised like a high-margin one
Wait for your OK
- Products sold without a cost: listed on Agent home until you enter them
- A price step inside your band on a product selling below break-even
- The Profit playbook, or a price step, for a product that loses money
Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.
A worked example
In the demo store the waffle throw sells 34.99 with 11.20 of Amazon fees, 12.40 of cost and 2.10 of ads per unit: 9.29 profit, 26.5% margin, break-even ACOS 32%.
The non-stick pan sells 37.99 but after fees, cost and 6.80 of ads per unit it loses 0.40 on every order. It was the second-best seller by revenue and the only product losing money; the seller saw it first on the profit page.
