My account health is at risk
A suspension starts with small things: a late shipment, an unanswered buyer, a claim nobody saw coming, a listing policy flag. SellerPilot reads Amazon's Account Health report every day, finds the orders that can become claims, and prepares the message or the action that fits, through Amazon.
Account health checked daily, orders at risk of an A-to-z claim found early, with the Amazon message that fits.
- Account Health Rating and every policy item
- Order Defect Rate and the performance rates
- Orders at risk of an A-to-z claim
- Listings Amazon flagged
What SellerPilot checks
Each check names its source in your own Amazon data.
Account Health Rating and every policy item
Status, rating, listing policy, authenticity, condition, safety, intellectual property, restricted products and reviews policy, with the violations Amazon counts. Source: Amazon's Account Health report.
Order Defect Rate and the performance rates
Claims, chargebacks and negative feedback behind the ODR; late shipment, cancellation, valid tracking and on-time delivery against Amazon's targets. Source: Account Health and your orders.
Orders at risk of an A-to-z claim
Merchant orders shipped late or due today, returns without a refund, negative feedback. Source: your orders, returns and feedback.
Listings Amazon flagged
Listings suppressed or at risk in Amazon's own issues list. Source: listing status and issues.
What the agents do
Auto is off until you switch it on; on Suggest every change waits for your OK.
By themselves (Auto)
- Automatic buyer messages through Amazon's messaging, for the rules you switch on: a new merchant order, must ship today, past the ship-by date, refund pending, 1-2 star feedback
- Amazon's Request a Review for eligible orders, 7 days after the order by default
Wait for your OK
- Every other buyer message: drafted to pass Amazon's rules, sent after you press Send
- Every reply to a claim or a policy notice, drafted for you to paste into Seller Central
Every change passes the six gates: the morning data check, an independent check, your hard limits, Amazon's preview and read-back, the outcome check with automatic undo, and the stop button with a full log. How the agents work.
A worked example
In the demo store the morning check found 4 merchant orders at risk: one past its ship-by date, two due today, one return without a refund. Each had the Amazon message type that fits and a draft.
The Account Health report showed one listing policy violation on a lamp listing. The seller saw it on Agent home under Only you can do, with the Seller Central page to open.
Demo store with sample data; illustrative numbers, not a customer result.
What you see
- Account health with every rate against Amazon's target, checked daily
- Orders at risk with the suggested action and message, before the claim
- Alerts the day something changes
